About this Group Program
The goal of this six-week group yoga program is to help you get strong, fit and flexible fast. All levels are welcome. With step-by-step training, practice tips, and weekly accountability, you’ll feel deeply supported every step of the way.
This program starts on Tuesday, January 21 at 6:00 pm ET. It continues on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Tuesday, January 21 to Thursday, February 27.

About Your Host
Ivory Howard, a Pilates instructor, understands that everyone’s relationship with health and wellness is different, and she seeks to honor that with her work. She provides her clients with challenging workouts focused on strength, balance and flexibility to help them reach their health and fitness goals.
She’s been seen in US News and World Report, Health Digest, Fit & Well, Weight Watchers, The Zoe Report, and other publications for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
